Quality Policy

The management of 5TOUNLOCK, aware of the importance of quality in meeting the needs of their customers and other stakeholders have decided to implement a quality system, effective and
efficient, thus achieving the benefits of all stakeholders, assuming the commitment of continuous improvement and adaptation to new changes.

The concept of continuous improvement of the efficiency of our system will be promoted, as a permanent goal of 5TOUNLOCK, as well as sustain and increase quality and customer satisfaction.

Scope of this policy according to ISO 9001: 2015:


The general guidelines that are established to achieve these objectives are the following:
✓ Pursuit of customer satisfaction, as a way to ensure the continuity and growth of the company, through knowledge of customer needs and expectations.
✓ Continuously improve the speed and timeliness of our service, obtaining the highest performance of the capacity, experience and training that our workers hold.
✓ Achieve the highest quality in our services, always complying with all the legal and regulatory requirements that apply, as well as those other commitments that the
organization has subscribed, always looking for continuous improvement of our processes.
✓ With the active participation of all employees, which they are individually and collectively responsible for our behavior, and through the commitment of continuous
improvement we can achieve it.
✓ Selection and approval of the best suppliers as members of our organization.
✓ The General Management assumes as an obligation of their responsibilities, the commitment to exercise leadership in the implementation and application of behaviors
consistent with the 5TOUNLOCK Quality System acting as a driver, guide and example in the fulfillment of an obligation that concerns us to those who form our company.
