Quality Policy

The management of 5TOUNLOCK, aware of the importance of quality in meeting the needs of their customers and other stakeholders have decided to implement a quality system, effective and
efficient, thus achieving the benefits of all stakeholders, assuming the commitment of continuous improvement and adaptation to new changes.

The concept of continuous improvement of the efficiency of our system will be promoted, as a permanent goal of 5TOUNLOCK, as well as sustain and increase quality and customer satisfaction.

Scope of this policy according to ISO 9001: 2015:

1. TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES. PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION FIRE SUPPRESSION. INTERMEDIARY SERVICES OF MACHINERY PURCHASE

The general guidelines that are established to achieve these objectives are the following:

✓ Selection and approval of the best suppliers as members of our organization.
✓ The General Management assumes as an obligation of their responsibilities, the commitment to exercise leadership in the implementation and application of behaviors
consistent with the 5TOUNLOCK Quality System acting as a driver, guide and example in the fulfillment of an obligation that concerns us to those who form our company.
